Safe Disk Mobile is a pocket version of ViPNet Safe Disk for Windows.
PDAs (personal digital assistant) and laptops are easily lost or stolen. We all know that sensitive data compromised in such situations often causes irreparable damage to businesses and reputations. Legislation in many countries is forcing businesses to protect company data from unauthorized access especially on mobile devices.
ViPNet Safe Disk Mobile and ViPNet Safe Disk for Windows provide a cost-effective and smart solution to solve the problem of data security.

 ViPNet Safe Disk Mobile provides comfortable management and secure storage of all your data located on a PDA. The data is stored encrypted and password-protected even when your device is switched off or in "stand by" mode.
ViPNet Safe Disk Mobile is a program that provides a virtually encrypted storage area Mobile operating systems. ViPNet Safe Disk creates file, so called files-containers (containers), which are created in the memory on the Pocket device and these are then mounted by the ViPNet Safe Disk software. This software creates a new logical "Secure Folder" through which the data is accessed in an encrypted way. The important thing is that any data written to the new logical "Secure Folder" is encrypted with 256 algorithms: AES (FIPS PUB 197) or GOST (28147-89).
ViPNet Safe Disk Mobile is a fast and flexible secure software. A cryptographic solution developed with special care to being invisible for unauthorized access and as transparent as possible for the end-user.
The ViPNet Safe Disk Mobile supports free service pack upgrades.

ViPNet Safe Disk Mobile provides very fast "on the fly" encryption. The data is encoded and decoded as needed and is never written to permanent storage in clear text form.
Different to our competitors ViPNet Safe Disk Mobile requires entering a password even after a "stand by" period. This feature is not supported by most of our competitors. The absence of this feature is a huge security weakness.
