ViPNet FileExchange is a program used for quick, uncomplicated and safe file exchange without cover letters. File transmission is completely secure since it is encrypted with one of the well-known cryptographic algorithms, previously chosen in the Security Service Settings options. To transfer file to ViPNet VPN participant you have to select the addressee from the list of the private network users that you have connection with, click on the FileExchange toolbar button and select the file you would like to send. In the window that opens next, you can view the list of the files sent and received recently. Press Send button to transmit the newly selected file.
ViPNet Business Mail is configured as a classic mail client enabling a ViPNet user to send e-mails with attachments enclosed to other ViPNet VPN participants without undergoing special training. Autoprocessing in ViPNet Business Mail is a very useful feature that can be applied to files and incoming mails to process them automatically in accordance with the user-defined rules. In particular, it means that files located into specified folder will be automatically send to specified addresses, and attachments with mail text, incoming from specified sender, will be automatically placed into specified folder.
ViPNet Business Mail program keeps autoprocessing event log, which can be then filtered and displayed to keep the track of the recent autoprocessing events.
ViPNet Business Mail toolbar is comprehensible on a hunch so creating the rules for autoprocessing does not require any intimate knowledge from the ViPNet VPN user, but only the common insight of the EDM process.
ViPNet FileExchange as well as ViPNet Business Mail are fully integrated in Windows® OS context menu. Thanks to that feature, any file can be send from any location on the user PC with a single right click, which makes the data transmission even simpler for the end ViPNet network user.
